Proposal
Demolition and redevelopment to provide:
- the Camden Film Quarter consisting of studios, ancillary accommodation and supporting uses
- 500 new homes (with 50% affordable provision) education, commercial and community uses, and
- new public realm and infrastructure
in buildings up to 25 residential storeys.
