Demolition and redevelopment of the existing site to provide a 10-15 storey mixed-use development of:

• 2,100sqm affordable studio and workshop space , and
• landscaping, public realm, cycle parking, car parking, highways works and associated works.
Site B
Demolition and redevelopment of the existing site to provide a 9, 13 and 31 storey mixed use redevelopment of
• 83 intermediate affordable homes
• 206 private sale homes
• 29,800sqm of life science, light industrial and flexible commercial units, and
• landscaping, public realm, cycle parking, car parking, highways works and associated works.
