Description of proposals
Demolition of the existing flats, health centre, community centre, pub and shops.
Redevelopment to include:
- 3 residential buildings ranging in height from 4-11 storeys, approximately 139 units for both affordable housing and private sale;
- commercial space at ground floor facing onto the junction of Abbey and Belsize Road;
- private landscaped garden at the rear of the site for residents; and
- improved public realm and landscaping scheme onto Abbey and Belsize Road.
